Their dedication to excellence is evident in our meticulous crafting process, which utilises the local bounties of County Wicklow. We source our water and barley locally, ensuring that our whiskey is not only of the highest quality, but also deeply connected to the rich pastures and natural beauty of the region.
John’s passion for whiskey and love for Wicklow in his role at Powerscourt Distillery has led him into the food side too, involved in Wicklow Naturally supporting the local voice of great food and drink produced in County Wicklow.
Paul (ex-Teeling and Clonakilty Distillery) won the coveted Master Distiller/Master Blender of the Year category of Whisky Magazine’s Icons of Whisky Ireland 2023 Awards and brings to the Fercullen portfolio an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, constantly pushing boundaries and setting new standards in the whiskey world.
