Nose:
Summer fruit meringue, strawberry, cherry, plum, lime, mint, apple, cut hay.
Taste:
Vanilla, honey, custard drizzled over poached summer fruits with digestive biscuits.
Finish:
Fruit pudding giving way to soft oak spice.
